Ready, steady, go! Youngsters at Holy Family Nursery School in Kirkintilloch got their running shoes on to raise almost £1,000 for funds. The recent glorious weather was perfect for the children to make a dash for cash in the school grounds.
Around 50 pupils took part in the event and the impressive sum will be jointly split betweena summer outing for the youngsters and the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow. Some of the children and their teachers are pictured on the fun day.
