Radley led both the English and South African teams out at Celtic Park.

And after owner Heather Hogdson revealed that she stocked up on treats from Bishopbriggs store Pets at Home, store bosses got in touch with an offer too good to turn down.

Marketing director Scott Jefferson explained: “I was overjoyed when Heather wrote in saying that her trip to Pets at Home had helped with Radley’s preparation and performance.

“She looked fantastic on TV and I am sure Heather is an extremely proud owner right now.”

“To celebrate Radley’s new found fame, Pets at Home has offered Radley a full groom at the Bishopbriggs store.

“Now that Radley has shot to fame, she has to start keeping up appearances so we thought we would give her a hand ahead of her next venture on screen.”

Proud owner Heather said: “It was a once in a lifetime opportunity for Radley and I wanted her to look and feel her best.

“I went and bought all her grooming requirements: new brushes, shampoo and of course loaded up on treats.”

“I was desperate to tell them why I was buying all these things, but it was a secret.

“It truly was an incredible experience for us.”
