Glowing report for Nethanvale Care Home

The result was music to the ears of Nethanvale manager Duncan Dewar, who said: “We are of course delighted that residents are so pleased with the care they receive here, but these results are not a reason for complacency.

“Quite the opposite – we’re going to look hard at what everyone said about our home and where we can make improvements to make every bit of life here as good as it can possibly be for residents.”

The independent nationwide survey, called Your Care Rating, questioned over 20,000 residents in 1055 care homes across the UK.
