ICE celebrate their 15th anniversary with the ultimate High-School musical, featuring all the unforgettable songs from the hit movie, including You’re The One That I Want, Grease Is The Word, Summer Nights, Hopelessly Devoted To You, Sandy, Greased Lightning and many more.

It’s time to dust off your leather jackets, pull on your bobby-socks and take a trip to the simpler times of the 50s as ‘bad boy’ Danny (played by Conor Holt), leader of the T Birds gang, and Australian ‘girl next door’ Sandy (Amy Sloan) fall in love all over again.

But there is a lot of action before they finally drive off into the sunset in Greased Lightning.

“It is one of the most well-known musicals, ideal for all ages,” said Amy.

“It is going to be a really good show, with a really enthusiastic, talented cast.”

The cast, most of them high school pupils themselves with the oldest just 30, have all been singing and dancing their hearts out at rehearsals for weeks, determined to make this show the same massive success as ICE’s earlier productions.

It is a show full of enthusiasm and music and, as it prepares to open, Amy had difficulty picking out her favourite scene.

“It would be the prom scene, with Born to Hand Jive”, she said. “That is the high energy dance of the show!”

Go along and hand-jive the night away with Grease – the time is sure to fly in liked Greased Lighting.

Grease runs in the Memorial Hall from tomorrow, Thursday August 27 until Saturday night.

Tickets are £12 (£10 for concessions) and they are available fron the Memorial Hall box office, 01555 667999 or www.sllcboxoffice.co.uk
