Hints and tips for Food Safety Week
Monday (June 16) marks the start of Food Safety Week — and the message from health professionals is not to wash that raw chicken on its way to the barbecue.
Washing chicken (as 38 per cent of consumers do) can spread the bug to hands, clothing, cooking utensils and work surfaces.
