TWO sisters are set to do their bit to raise cash for a children’s charity.

Towards the end of last year The Extra reported about Danielle Ward entering the Miss National Treasure beauty pageant, run by the Make A Wish Foundation.

The foundation tries to make the dreams of children who are fighting life-threatening conditions come true.

Now Dannielle’s sister, Lauren, is getting in on the act and both have been selected to appear in the final of the competition on Thursday, April 3 in Glasgow’s Arta.

In the meantime, the sisters are busy organising charity events to raise money for the cause, collectively and individually.

The girls are hoping for as much support from the community as they can get.
