Key Cumbernauld topics discussed

Cumbernauld Community Forum has been in touch to say that it will meet again at the Cumbernauld campus of New College Lanarkshire at 7pm on Tuesday, February 14.

Chairman Billy Lees hopes to have speakers from Strathclyde Passenger Transport and Stagecoach to discuss a perceived lack of bus provision within Cumbernauld.

He also wants to take bus group McGills to task amidst complaints about public transport to Monklands Hospital.

Mr Lees said: “We will also include a catch-up debate on Accident and Emergency provision at Monklands.”
