Kids write for Cosgrove Care

Youngsters across Glasgow and East Ren put pen to paper for another year of Cosgrove Care’s Short Story Competition.

The Giffnock-based charity, which supports both adults and children with learning disabilities and mental health isses, set primary age children the task of writing on the theme of Speaking Up.

Now in its second year, the contest received almost 150 entries, judged by author Kate Tough, recipient of two Creative Scotland awards and fundraising officer Helena Winocour.
