Kilsyth’s former provost is dead
Kilsyth has lost a giant of the local Labour movement following the death of former provost Tom Barrie on Friday,March 14.
The former councillor who was one of the areas leading Burnsians passed away at Kilsyth’s Victoria Memorial Cottage Hospital. He was 82.
