Lanark butcher shortlisted for award
William McCafferty Butchers Ltd in Lanark has been shortlisted in the 17th World Scotch Pie Championships.
The shop is in the Haggis Savoury category for its Haggis and Gravy Pie and if successful will be up for an award at a glittering ceremony to be hosted by TV personality Carol Smillie early in the new year.
