Lanark Lanimer Procession winners - video
The Silver Bell Trophy for the most outstanding entry on the move in this year’s Lanimer procession went to The Broons for Gnome Sweet Home.
Little garden gnomes whizzed past on scooters or pushed their wheelbarrows, while behind followed a massive colourful garden.
The entry was organised by Karen Brown, after her mother Beth retired last year!
The Wallace Shield went to the Kilninie Club for Way out West, and New Lanark Primary were thrilled to pick up the Vancouver Shield for Remembrance, their war tribute.
