Lanark police warn of Forth blast today
If you hear an explosion at 1pm today (Thursday) don't phone the police!
Lanark Police are warning that blasting is being carried out today by the Forestry Commission at Wormlaw Quarry, Heathland Forest, near Forth today.
It is a controlled blast, scheduled for 1pm, although access has been restricted since 8am and will stay restricted until 4pm.
