LESMAHAGOW Tartan Queen Alex Yule had a day to remember on Saturday as she was crowned in front of a large crowd in Glebe Park.
Alex (12), who attends Lesmahagow High School, was crowned by this year’s Highland Games chieftan Mamie Hamilton.
She said: “I really enjoyed the day; everything was really good although my favourite part was the ceilidh at night.”
