Lorry crashed into Burnbrae bridge, Milngavie
A lorry which was too high for the height restriction on the Burnbrae bridge on Glasgow Road, Milngavie crashed into the bridge last Friday (August 28) at about 1pm.
The driver was charged with driving without due care and attention.
There was some traffic disruption as road was closed for nearly an hour while the lorry was removed, but luckily no-one was hurt.
Engineers were sent to check the safety of the bridge, which was also not damaged by the accident.
