Lotto winner in East Dunbartonshire urged to claim £1million prize
The player scooped £1 million from EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle draw last summer but has so far, failed to claim their cash.
For every EuroMillions line played, UK players automatically receive a EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle selection printed on their ticket.
The winning ticket is from the special draw on July 26, 2013, when 100 lucky players were guaranteed winners of £1 million each. The winning raffle number is CBT475280.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: “There is a lucky winner walking around not knowing they are a millionaire.
“Though the clock is ticking, there is still time for players to re-check their tickets and make 2014 a year to remember as Scotland’s newest millionaires.
“We urge every player to check their bags, coat pockets, even down the back of the sofa and in their cupboards – the winning tickets could be tucked away in any of these places.
“EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle is life-changing and we are desperate to give our ticket-holder in East Dunbartonshire one last chance to race into run the New Year as a millionaire.”
With all National Lottery draws, players have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize if they have the winning ticket.
Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000.
If no-one comes forward with the winning tickets before the prize claim deadlines, then the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to the National Lottery Good Causes – adding to the £31 billion already raised through sales of lottery tickets since The National Lottery launched in November 1994.
