Lynda Spence duo not to see files
The convicted murderers of Pollokshields women, Lynda Spence, have been told they will not be granted access to files relating to the victim.
Colin Coates and Philip Wade have lodged appeals against their sentences last year of killing the financial advisor. Lawyers acting for the two have given an undertaking that neither will see the sensitive material. Ms Spence’s body has never been recovered.
