Man charged with police assault after fracas at pub in Kirkintilloch
A man has been charged with breach of the peace and police assault after an incident at a pub in Kirkintilloch.
Police arrested the 22-year-old after the fracas at the pub at David Donnelly Place in the town around 1.20am on Sunday, August 20.
It is alleged he commited the offences after he refused to leave the licensed premises.
