Milngavie Santa Dash was for a good Claus!
Fifty Two runners donned their festive best and hit the pavements to raise money for the Brightest Star Charity which supports bereaved parents.
The Brightest Star charity was launched in memory of Jack Kennedy, who tragically passed away in December 2012. Jack’s mum Arlene quickly realised that there was no support for bereaved families who had lost a child and swiftly set up Brightest Star. The charity’s aims include: support meetings for bereaved families, paediatric first aid, teddy bears for mortuaries and memory boxes.
