The trial, which has been organised by the Woolfords, Auchengray & Tarbrax Improvement Foundation (WAT IF?) and is run by Salmonds Coaches, will last until December 19.

It is fully funded by Muirhall Windfarm Extension.

Debbie Bridges, Community Officer for Muirhall Energy said “We are delighted that some of the funds WAT IF? receive from Muirhall are allowing this trial to go ahead.

“It is a great way to connect the community for those who may otherwise find it difficult”.

The trial, which has been running a few weeks, is to gauge interest and demand for a service into West Lothian.

The bus starts its route at Tarbrax, picks up at Auchengray and Woolfords and drops off at West Calder Train Station and finally Livingston Shopping Centre. It makes the return journey a few hours later.
