Sergeant Lyndsey Milloy of Hamilton Police Office, said: “Understandably, Cheryl’s family are very concerned for Cheryl, as it is out of character for her to not contact them for this length of time.

“We know from our enquiries that she frequents the Hamilton area and has some links to Lanark. However she has been known to travel further afield to Blackpool.

I would like to ask anyone who has any knowledge of Cheryl’s current location to contact police on 101.”
