Motorist injured in three-vehicle crash at Bearsden
A motorist was taken to hospital after a three-vehicle crash on the Switchback at Bearsden last night.
The accident happened around 6.40pm at the junction with Ilay Road. just on the boundary.
Two cars and a van are believed to have been involved in the collision and a male driver sustained an injury. He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital at Glasgow but his injuries are not believed to have been serious.
The road was closed for several hours while the damaged vehicles were removed and there was also oil spillage.
Police said one person had been charged with road traffic offences.
