MP David Mundell supports broadband initiative in Glencaple and Lowther

RURAL Clydesdale MP David Mundell has supported a new broadband initiative in Glencaple and Lowther.
Dumfriesshire and Clydesdale MP David Mundell is backing a community project aimed at bringing superfast broadband to the area. The B4GAL group are presently raising awareness and funding to progress their own community broadband system. The area their scheme covers runs from the Clydesdale villages of Wiston, Roberton and Lamington to Elvanfoot, Leadhills and also Wanlockhead in Dumfriesshire.

The Broadband for Glencaple and Lowther Group is currently raising awareness and funding to progress its own community broadband system.

The scheme covers nine villages – Abington, Crawford, Crawfordjohn, Elvanfoot, Lamington, Leadhills, Roberton, Wanlockhead and Wiston.
