Mystery of missing silver

A QUAICH which was donated to North Lanarkshire Council by an organisation which promotes disability golf has mysteriously disappeared.

The Scottish Disability Golf Partnership (SDGP) gave the quaich to the local authority at a reception held in 2011. The SDGP had hoped the quaich would be used to promote disability golf in the local area, and in years to follow a golf match would be held between the local authority and the organisation with the winner of each year engraved on the quaich.
