Through specially created viewing windows on
the hoardings around the construction site, the children were able to watch the builders hard at work.

The facility is being delivered through the East Dunbartonshire Council’s Primary School Improvement Programme, which they say will provide children and young people with first-rate learning and play environments.

Depute Manager of the Centre, Michelle Baxter, said: “The children are very excited to see diggers and builders on the site and to look up at the new building as it takes shape.

“The staff and parents are just as excited to see the progress that is being made and we are all looking forward to moving into our brand new accommodation.”

see the enthusiasm among children and staff.

“Our plans for education in East Dunbartonshire
are ambitious and I am confident we are creating a facility in Bishopbriggs of which
everyone can be proud.”
