New Springburn Food Hub launched to help local people

North Glasgow Community Food Initiative are launching a Springburn Food Hub - aimed at improving the nutrition of local residents and enabling them to gain new skills.

The Food Hub opens at a special launch event on Monday, July 25 at Flemington House, Room F3, 110 Flemington Street, Springburn.

People are invited to pop along at either 1.30pm or 6.30pm. Free lunch and dinner will be provided.

One of the organisers, Pippa Couzens said: “We would be delighted if local residents and local businesses who have a keen interest in helping to improve the health and wellbeing of Springburn would attend the launch event.”
