Day Camp - (full day registered care) open all summer Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm for five to 12 year olds (also take children who start school this August). Activities include earthball, waterplay, bouncy castles, sand sculpture, drama, day trips and much more. There are still some full week and single day bookings available.

Playranger Summer Programme are running a fantastic programme of play activities throughout the summer holidays for all children ages five to 12 years.

Streetplay sessions take place on a Monday at Millcroft swing park 4-6pm, Tuesday at Kildrum swing park 4-5.30pm, Wednesday at Thrashbush, Airdrie, 4-5.30pm and Thursday at Sandyknowes Park, Carbrain 4-6pm. All streetplay sessions are free of charge.

Thursday Fun Club at Kildrum Centre from 6-8pm and Saturday Fun Club from 12 noon till 2pm, each at a cost of £2. Consent forms needed for all activities.

Family Fun Days take place each Wednesday throughout the summer break at the fantastic outdoor playzone in Kildrum from 1-3pm. Each week will have a different theme and will be free of charge.

Go along as a family and enjoy the fun.

Playdays have been introduced to give busy parents the opportunity to catch up in some ME time and have the benefit of your child enjoying an organised Play Day with their friends. These sessions will run once a month and be based in the Outdoor PlayZone on the following dates: July 20 and August 24. The cost is £4 per child and a small snack and drink will be provided. To avoid disappointment it is advised that you book in advance. Contact Central Office for more details.

Y Parent and Pre-Five Group meet every Wednesday 10am till 12noon (babies welcome). This is a welcoming friendly group and they are looking for new members. They have access to the large outdoor Playzone with its fantastic beach area and plenty of space to play outdoors. It’s not just for mums and dads, grans and grandads are welcome too. Don’t be shy, pop in to say hello any Wednesday and Kathleen will make you very welcome.

Y Birthday Zone has been developed in response to requests from members and the community and caters for three to 12 year olds. With an Outdoor Play area, climbing wall, sandpit, rope swing, bouncy castle, party bags, food, party games etc, it’s the best deal around. Parents provide the cake while the Y do rest. Call for more info.
