Not enough doctors working out of hours
DESPITE being offered the equivalent of £200,000 a year to do so, not enough Clydesdale doctors are volunteering to work at nights and weekends.
This is forcing hundreds of sick people to travel all the way to Wishaw to find a GP to see them after normal surgery closing times.
And when they get to the hospital, they sometimes find their OWN local doctor waiting there to treat them.
