Nursery chef retires after almost 25 years service

Youngsters, staff and parents at Bishopbriggs Childcare wished chef Larry Armstrong a happy retirement after he hung up his apron after almost 25 years service.

Larry started at the centre in 1989 as a sports coach and his job title has changed a few times since then.

The childcare centre said that Larry will be sorely missed by everyone, especially the children.
