Open evening to be held at Cumbernauld College

CUMBERNAULD College is holding an information evening to inspire potential learners for the new year.

The event will be held in the Cumbernauld campus of the college on Thursday, Janaury 10, from 4pm and 6pm.

The college has a range of full and part-time courses starting in January and February,

including access to art and design, pathways to animal care and pathways to creative

industries.

The New College Learning Programmes will also begin this month which offers students the

chance to prepare for working in their chosen field.

The 19-week course includes a mixture of in-college learning and work placement in industries including care, hospitality and retail.

Heather Urquhart, acting principal at Cumbernauld College, said: “At Cumbernauld College we are looking forward to the new semester and we hope people will come along to our information evening for more detail about the courses available.
