Orienteering for Malawi

Pupils at Woodfarm high school spent the end of summer term totalling up funds for a Malawi school.

First year students took to Rouken Glen Park for an orienteering challenge, raising more than £500 for Dambo school and bringing their fundraising total to £750 for the year.

Head teacher Ann Stewart congratulated winners, class 1T, and added: “A huge thank you goes to S1 pupils, parents and friends for a wonderful effort.”
