Jamie Lloyd (21), who lives in YMCA accomodation in Clouden Road, is the third Cumbernauld resident to win the organisation’s Young Achiever of the Year award in as many years.
Judges were impressed by the former Abronhill High School pupil’s commitment to the YMCA which has seen him adopt a number of different roles, helping many locals in the process.
