The parade will leave Kilsyth Academy at 1pm and snake its day down to the park where fun stalls, a bouncy castle, pony rides and much more await. Ceremonial duties must come first though which is where the coronation of Queen Abbie comes in!
A small canal Festival will also be held on Sunday and sporting events are back too plus bandstand concerts. Organiser Jean Jones said : We are delighted to be back.Further updates will be published on Kilsyth Civic Week Facebook
