Scottish SPCA in washing powder plea

The Scottish SPCA is appealing to animal lovers to donate non-biological washing powder to their Dunbartonshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

Items can be purchased from the centre’s Amazon wishlist or via any other online retailer offering direct delivery to the centre.

Centre manager Judy Button said, “It may not seem like the most obvious item but washing powder is vital.

“We do constant loads of washing on a daily basis and washing powder is essential to make sure animals like Millie the lurcher have clean bedding.”
