Pic of the Week: Red, White and Blue by David Taylor
The image was captured on a sunny but cold September day at Leuchar’s Air show.
With such a bright background the exposure was tricky in order to ensure detail in the aircraft whilst still maintaining a realistic sky background. The speed was set in order to freeze the very fast moving jets.
It was taken on my Canon 60d with a 70- 200 lens at 500th of a second at F5.6 aperture using an ISO of 320.
