The ambitious project – to be built on land next to Scottish Power’s 54-turbine Blacklaw Windfarm near Forth – has the potential to power thousands of homes in Carluke, Braidwood and Law. It was announced this week by Kathleen Feeney, development manager of land owners Carluke Development Trust.

“I’m very confident that we’ll have something set up within 18 to 24 months,” said Kathleen.
