Plans have been submitted for a new Tesco Express in Glasgow’s Southside.
Plans have been submitted that would see four illuminated signs on the building at 2 Clyde Place Lane for a period of five years. The supermarket giant would take over the unit, which is currently vacant.
The store would open in the Barclays Campus, which opened in 2021. The campus is comprised of five buildings, including the historic Clyde Place House and the BECO Building. The closest Tesco Express to the campus is located in St Enoch Square.
A decision is expected by Friday, November 8.
