Police in urgent plea to trace missing hospital patient

Stephen Dempster (aged 35), a patient at Gartnavel Hospital in Glasgow was reported missing around 7.20am today.

Officers said Stephen suffers from health issues. He is described as white, 5ft 8” in height and of slim build with very short strawberry blond hair.

He is believed to be wearing a grey hooded top with blue t-shirt underneath, grey pyjama trousers with a navy strip and dark coloured trainers.

Police believe he may have headed for the Knightswood or Blairdardie areas and officers say they are very concerned for his wellbeing.
