Raising the roof for southside hospice effort

A campaign to build a brand new hospice facility in Bellahouston Park has now reached £19.7m - and has 'just' another £1.3m to find.

The spectacular success of the fundraising effort is certain to be a main topic at the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice’s tea dance in Pollokshaws Burgh Hall on October 1 – for which tickets, priced £5, are available now.

Runing from 1.30pm to 4.30pm, it promises a fun afternoon of music and dance with Paul Kennedy performing on the hall’s Wurlitzer organ.
