Rev Alison Meikle leaving St Nicholas Church
MEMBERS of St Nicholas Church in Lanark were said to be “reeling” this week when the minister, the Rev Alison Meikle, announced that she was leaving.
Alison will take her last service in Lanark on November 30, and she then moves to Grangemouth Zetland.
And the move will leave the church missing more than a minister – husband Hugh is the church officer.
