Royal Mail delivers new post box
A Royal Mail post box which had been destroyed by vandals in Seafar has been replaced after a three month wait.
The News and Chronicle reported last week, that the pillar box in Fleming Road was destroyed by louts back in April.
However, following the intervention of MP Gregg McClymont the three-month wait for Fleming Road locals is finally over.
Mr McClymont said: “Seafar residents should expect nothing less than first-class service so I am glad that Royal Mail has finally delivered on their promise to replace the vandalised post box.”
