Santa Dash for a good '˜Claus'

Runners from Jog Scotland Milngavie will be dressing in their festive best on Thursday, December 1 (6.30pm) to raise money for the Brighest Star charity.

The 5k Santa Dash will set off from the village clock, Milngavie.

After the run, from 7.15pm, participants can enjoy a hot chocolate or coffee and cake at Costa Milngavie as they are opening late for the runners and their friends and family who are also welcome to wait in there while the run takes place.

There will be extra Santa hats available for those that need them! There are also raffle prizes to be won.

The Brightest Star charity was set up in memory of Jack Kennedy. He suddenly fell asleep in his mummy’s arms on the 19th December 2012, six days before his 6th Birthday, and became the brightest star in the sky.
