Colin ‘Coldo’ McCuaig’s death stunned everyone who knew the popular father of two. He died of a heart attack while with his fiancee, Jane Fleming, at the final scooter rally of the season in Bridlington, Yorkshire.

Colin (48) had moved to Millport to live 11 years ago, but his funeral was held in his home town. An estimated 100 scooters escorted the hearse from John Clark Funeral Directors to Daldowie Crematorium on Saturday.

A Just Giving page set up in Colin’s memory to buy a defibrillator for Millport has already raised £4,235.
