Sisters make Christmas special for kids in need

Sisters Orla (7) and Mara (4) Livingston gave Santa a hand this year, donating more than 200 toys to kids helped by Children 1st.

The girls made posters asking for toy donations, handing in a mammoth collection to the charity’s Pollokshields office.

It’s the third year in a row that the sisters have made Christmas special for those less fortunate, and mum Christine is very proud.

Their donations were received by elf Twinkle McSprinkle, who said: “The gifts we’ve received will ensure that the children we work with have reasons to smile on Christmas Day. Santa was delighted to hear about their hard work and kindness.”
