Softley is new Biggar Little Festival chairman
NEW Biggar Little Festival chairman Jim Softley can’t wait for this year’s event to get started.
Jim, who has returned as chairman after Ann Swan decided to step down, will head up the team tasked with bringing another fabulous festival to the town in the middle of October.
And he hopes there will be plenty for people to enjoy later this year.
