South Tory candidate in city canvas

Glasgow South candidate Kyle Thornton joined the Scottish Conservatives at a city centre street stall on Saturday.

Activists and candidates from across Glasgow were joined by Scottish Tory leader Ruth Davidson MSP, and southside prospective Kyle told The Extra: “It was fantastic to talk to people — we had a big group of activists with us showing the Conservatives are alive and well in Glasgow.

“A lot of people were determined, like I am, to continue the economic recovery and ensure we have a long term plan for the future. They were also concerned about the idea of a Labour/SNP deal.

“My message is that the only way to bring about Conservative policies and a Conservative government is to show your support for them at the ballot box.”
