Spider bite almost proves fatal for Lanark man
GETTING bitten by your pet is usually painful – but for a Lanark man it was almost deadly!
Mind you, it isn’t everyone who keeps a venemous tarantula spider for company...
However, local man Kevin O’ Neill does and he’s determined to keep Charlie the Spider – despite his eight-legged friend nearly killing him by sinking his fangs into his wrist.
Kevin is now out of hospital and on the mend.
