St Mark’s rakes in sums for sick kids

Kind-hearted pupils at St Mark’s Primary have handed over significant sums in aid of sick kids.

The pastoral pupil council raised a whopping £1,000 at the festive Santa Dash and Bevan Coznez and Zoe Byrne Ross handed over the cheque to Gary Donlin, of Yorkhill Children’s Hospital, at a recent school assembly.

Meanwhile, St Mark’s youngsters Josh Nugent and Noah Mazumder raised an additional £225 by selling their own football cards.

The money they raised was used to buy a signed football strip and more, which were raffled off in aid of Childrens Hospice Association Scotland.
