Students recognised by national scheme

A GROUP of students at Cumbernauld College who volunteered to collect Christmas gifts for needy children overseas have been recognised for their achievement.

The nine students from the Skills Development Scotland College Learning Programme have been awarded certificates by the Saltire Awards, after taking part in Operation Christmas Child in December 2012.
