Teenager recovering after T in the Park incident
A Motherwell teenager is recovering after taking ill while at the T in the Park music festival.
David Higgins (18) was taken from the site at Strathallan Castle in Perthshire on Thursday night amid reports that his drink had been spiked.
He was treated at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, but it’s understood he has been discharged.
Two 17-year-olds - a boy from Argyll and a girl from the north of England - died in separate incidents thought to be drug-related at the festival.
