In an amendment to a Scottish Government motion on the use of technology in Scotland’s hospitals, Scottish Liberal Democrat health spokesman Jim said that the increased use of tablets, smart phones and video link-ups would be crucial as Scotland’s hospitals move to cope with an ageing population.
